I need to find out what my old iPhone device info is. I still have the device (I think iPhone X) but screen is cracked and security questions dob aren’t matching how is that possible

I need to find out what my old iPhone device info is. I still have the device (I think iPhone X) but screen is cracked and security questions dob aren’t matching how is that possible? I had my screen replaced and I wonder if the replacement screen is tied to another AppleId? Is that even possible?

You don't need security questions to get into an iPhone, that is for your Apple ID. And not changing the screen would not affect your Apple ID.
