No Charge - Boot loop on new iPhone

Hi,

so I found a good sale of iPhone SE at att store online, I got my self a bunch for the price, and now half of them are presenting the same issue:

i leave them connected for an hour or more, and they just keep showing a battery with almost no charge, the screen goes off, then gets back with the Apple boot screen, then after 5 seconds they go off.

this is happening in 3 out of 6 phones. They all are band new and never been connected to an iTunes, so they are NOT activated.

i went to a Mac store to get support, and they are not able to help as the phone shows the att purchase date (and under att name) as the “activation date”, and those phones are from 2018, so “at the system the iCare is expired”.

im not sure how to proceed from here, my invoice clearly states the phones are new and purchased in May/27th/2021.

If of no success, take it back to the seller, requesting a swapout, or return.
