I can not log in WeChat and WhatsApp on my iPhone 7

When I do so, an error messages shows up: "Connection error. Check your network settings."

I reset the network settings, still the same problem occurs. All my other devices work fine with the same network. Ive also turned of the wifi and tried to log in with cellular data. no luck...

Yesterday, I played around with the screen time settings. Today when I turned on the phone, my Home Screen was messy, apps were extracted from the folders and with these 2 apps I could not connect to the network. Messages, LINE and all other Apps work fine. I now turned off screen time.

Hey XIAMENTENNIS,

It looks like you're having issues signing into a few apps on your iPhone. We can understand wanting to look into that further. We want to help.

We'd recommend resetting your iPhone's network settings. This article explains how: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

"Still can’t connect?

Reset your Network Settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before.

"

Thanks!
