I cant unlock my ipod touch

Hello I cant unlock my iPod touch, it says Activation lock, and asks for apple id and pasword, I am writing the correct fields, I checked my apple id and password in icloud.com (from my browser) and it works(its correct) but when I'm typing these in iPod it says incorrect Apple id and my apple id cannot be used to unlock this iPod touch, BUT as I said I have set up this iPod.

P.S the first letter which is visible which has been used to set up a device is right, it starts with K and my apple id also starts with K.

Please help me

You need to recover the AppleID and passcode used to initiate the

Activation Lock on your iPod.

If you forgot your Apple ID  - Apple Support

If you forgot your Apple ID password  - Apple Support

or

If you were the original purchaser and can prove it with

a receipt from Apple or Apple authorized iPod retailer showing

the serial number of the iPod, make a genius bar

reservation and bring in the receipt, iPod, and government

issued photo ID to Apple and they may assist in resolving the problem.

If the iPod was purchased used or there is no receipt, the AppleID and passcode must be recovered

It is highly recommended that you make a Genius Bar Reservation to avoid delay at the Apple store

Apple doesn't routinely monitor the discussions. Most of us are users like you.

If you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID  if provided the required paperwork.

Request additional support for unlocking your device

Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened). Call the store before going to make sure they can help.
