iTunes intsallation
my Mac software is up to date with 11.4 version but still I can't install iTunes it said 'This update requires macOS version 10.13.99 or earlier'

Itunes is no longer compatible with MacOS Catalina or Big Sur.
What happened to iTunes? – Apple Support
Use finder to sync iOS devices.
