I upgraded my iCloud storage to 2.99 a month. I was charged as per email I got from Apple. But the new storage is not reflected in the iPad settings and I could not upgrade the USA app today because of insufficient storage. Please advise.

If you do not see the upgrade try different ways:
Click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT204247 --> Check to see how much iCloud storage you have
Mac computer System Preferences > iCloud > bottom right > Manage
You can also try restarting your device.
If it still won't show:
