com.apple.Sp has over 40% CPU usage

I have a process at the top of top command takes over 40% of CPU usage most of the time. What is it for and why it's using so much CPU? Is there anyway to disable it? This makes my MacBook Pro very hot.

It turned out to be caused by the voice control which was somehow enabled, and has an icon on the screen which was annoying.

After disabling the voice control, I don't see com.apple.Sp anymore from top.
