The ringer volume for WhatsApp Video and Call on my iPhone 12 mini is very low. Other apps ringer volume seems to be working fine. I have adjusted the volume at sound and haptics in settings option but it still doesn't work. Please help.

It sounds like you're experiencing audio related issues while on calls with WhatsApp.
Have you tried restarting the iPhone to see if that helps?
You should also check for any iOS and WhatsApp updates as well. If this seems to be isolated to WhatsApp, you can also try reinstalling the app to test.

I did and it still doesn’t work. Also, when the phone is locked the ringer volume for WhatsApp is low but when I unlock to answer the call the ringer volume increases. I’ve reinstalled the app couple of times.
