ios 14.6 Downloaded Music Keeps Disappearing

Anyone else having an issue with downloaded songs continually disappearing from ITunes after the 14.6 update? I decided to delete all of my downloaded songs so I could download lossless versions and I have repeatedly downloaded playlists only to find that the downloaded copies suddenly disappear from the phone. After downloading I check the amount of space used and I had reached a point where I had approximately 12 GB. Then I switched ITunes to show downloaded music and 90% of the tracks that I had previously downloaded were gone. I go back to check the space used and it then shows I've got 175 MB used. Where did all of the music go?

Oh...BTW, I didn't notice that my music settings were somehow toggled to download over cellular, so suddenly I got cellular data overage notifications showing all of my data for the month was used up and I got nailed for additional data charges.

Needless to say I'm am not happy....ready to jump to Android people....this is not cool!
