Logitech Circle Camera

I cannot log into my circle cameras using the circle app.

I am using the correct e-mail/password but am told one or other is incorrect.

I have no trouble logging in on my mac & mac pro, but not my iphone or ipads.

Does anyone know what is going on??

But where in the heck are those settings? I cannot find the Safari settings to begin the search. I used my PC laptop windows 10 for this telehealth session. I could see and hear the doctor. She could hear me but NOT see me! I managed to find the settings in Doxy.me, but the settings were all turned on! What’s up with that? Homekit Secure video doesn't work on _one_ mac We have a couple of HKSV cameras. Between my wife and I, we have 3 macs, 2 phones, and an iPad. The cameras work on all of them except one of the macs - an M1 mac mini. I can see the preview stills, but attempting to open ether of the cameras says that the camera is not responding. None of the other devices has any trouble at all looking at either camera. This particular mac has no trouble interacting in any other way with any of our other HK devices (and we have a bunch). All of the devices are running the latest OS, and neither camera appears to want a firmware update (one is a Logitech circle doorbell, the other a Logitech circle view camera).

Disruptive Continuity Camera Popup on iPhone I just updated my M2 MacBook Air to Ventura (macOS 13) and my iPhone 12 Pro Max to iOS 16.1. Ever since then, I keep getting these disruptive pop-up messages on my iPhone that I suspect are related to the new Continuity Camera function. Every time these messages pop up, they knock me out of whatever app I was using on my iPhone back to the home screen, which has really messed up some of my important workflows. I don't know how to stop these from popping up. The message says: Connected to M2 MacBook Air You can disconnect to remove this iPhone from the Mac camera list. It then has a "Pause" and a "Disconnect" button underneath the message. However it pops up on the screen for only a couple of seconds and then goes away before I can click on either button. I've attached a screenshot showing the message. Any suggestions on how to eliminate this message from constantly popping up and causing whatever app I happen to be in to exit?

contact the app developer or look at their support site.

Done that - waiting for a reply.

Found out others are having the same problem with the app.

If you are logged in 24/7 the app works, but if you log out, you cannot get back in.
