My iPhone keeps on setting off store alarms

I got my iPhone 11 pro in back in February . Ever since then when ever i walk into a shop my phone sets of the security alarm when i walk in and out. It quite embarrassing because every time I get stopped and people thinks that I am a thief . I also don't have anything attached to my phone at all such as metal ot a card. Does anyone have seggestion on how I could get rid of this?
