iphone 5s cannot update iOS from 9.3.5 to 10.2.1 in 2021

Hi all,

Currently, my iphone 5s with iOS 9.3.5, the Software Update notify that iOS 10.2.1 downloaded, but I click "Install now" the busy indicator show and then nothing happens.

So, how can I update the iOS or can I remove the update version 10.2.1 to latest version for 5s model?

Open Settings, General, and Manage Storage, and delete it. If you don't see that option, restore the iPhone or use a computer to update it.

It's working, I can delete the version 10.2.1

Now I am using my Mac to update to version 12
