Unable to set up new email account in mail
Hi,
I am unable to set up a new IMAP account in Apple mail.
Once all details are input (as per the 2 images here), an error message says "Unable to verify account name or password". The username and password are correct. I can access this email account through the website, so it is there and the username and password are therefore working.
Then all of those settings I have edited revert back to "Automatically manage connection settings". It's as as if it is not finding the new server...?
I have removed the email account, and removed the server from the SMTP list. I have restarted my Mac. I have tried 2 different wifi connections. No luck!
If anyone has any way of resolving this issue, please let me know!
