Can’t access media and purchases
How can I access media and purchases I get through but my history purchasers comfy load and it ask for my password a lot of times

Your purchases history isn't loading?
Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
