Starbucks shortcut not working

Does anyone have a fix for the Starbucks shortcut that no longer works on the Apple Watch? I use the app every morning and now I keep getting an error message "I'm having a bit of trouble here, please try again" and "we've had a problem. Please try again."

Thanks for reaching out through the Apple Support Communities about that difficulty with that particular shortcut on your Apple Watch.


To clarify, are you launching the shortcut from the Shortcuts app on your Apple Watch, or as a complication from your watch face?


Is the Starbucks app all up-to-date on both your iPhone and Apple Watch? How to manually update apps on your Apple device


If so, does that continue if you delete that shortcut and then set it back up? Delete shortcuts


Hopefully those details will help to further isolate and address this behavior.

Are you able to successfully run that shortcut using the Shortcuts app on your Apple Watch?


We ask as per the “Run a shortcut with Siri” section of the following article “Shortcuts that require an app to open might not work on HomePod and Apple Watch”: Run shortcuts with Siri, the Shortcuts app, or Siri Suggestions


Additionally, are you facing issues with any other shortcuts on your Apple Watch?
