Audio Options

Just recently my iPhone is listing my iPad as an audio option while on a phone call. I’ve turned off the “Handoff” feature on both my iPhone and iPad and turned off the “Calls on other devices” on my iPhone. I can only get the iPad to stop showing as an audio option when I turn off Bluetooth on my iPhone but I want Bluetooth on so I can connect to my AirPods and watch. It also doesn’t show as a audio option when I turn off my iPad, but that’s annoying too. My iPad doesn’t even show up as a Bluetooth device so I don’t have the option to “forget”. Is there a way to leave Bluetooth on and make it stop listing my iPad as an audio option? Please help!

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14
