Hi, I can’t open my app Grindr, I tried different ways, also deleted the app and open it again and nothing, says Apple doesn’t allow me to, please help with this iasue

I tried using wifi connection as well and same message, I got not idea why apple doesn't let me log in, can you please check if there's is another issue?
