Some apps not connecting to WiFi

I have apps such as Youtube, Facebook, & Instagram working fine but then have other apps such as TikTok and Twitter that aren't fully connecting to wifi. Sometimes, TikTok will load the videos but not the comments and will say 'Connect to the internet and try again'. - Other times nothing will load at all. Twitter will load the main feed but will not load anyones personal page and will say 'Something went wrong. Try again'. I know this is a minor issue but its very frustrating that I can't fully use these apps. This has been an ongoing issue for days.

I have already reset the network settings, logged in and out of my apple ID, deleted and reinstalled these apps multiple times, made sure apps were up to date, updated my ios system, restarted my phone, turned off bluetooth, and toggled WiFi on and off.

Also, it can't be my personal home internet because this problem also persists at my brothers house on his internet.

I see that you have tried just about everything that you can try to get this issue resolved. I am assuming that this issue is related to Wi-Fi only and does not exist when your iPhone is on a cellular network. The only thing that comes to mind to try is to connect to your Wi-Fi Network and then open Settings ➔ Wi-Fi ➔ Tap on the "i" in a blue circle next to your connected Wi-Fi Network ➔ Private Address: Set this option to OFF. Then check to see whether those apps connect.

Yes, you may try restarting the iPhone after Private Address has been turned OFF. See whether that resolves the issue. IF that does not resolve the issue then-

I would like you try and change DNS (Domain Name Server) on your iPhone for your home WiFi Network. Very easy to do and try and here is how-

Open Settings WiFi There will be checkmark on the connected WiFi Network (Your Home) Click on "I" which will be circled  Configure DNS Tap on Manual Delete the existing DNS server and then Add Server 8.8.8.8 and Click on SAVE. Once completed then check to see whether the iPhone connects to the internet on your WiFi Network.

Note that you can always reverse your actions above by choosing Automatic DNS Server (You tapped on Manual above).
