Apple's unauthorized nodification excuse. I need help as its absolutely not true that my phone isn't working because of unauthorised modifications that were made to it. Its iphoneX and it always had screen touch problem. one day it completely stopped working and read on the website that apple has this flaw in their product. I need to help to solve my problem.

thanks for your reply. we bought it through AT&T. My sisiter-in-law gifted me as they were not comfortable ios platform and we had proper transfer in my name through lots of communication with apple.

thats the thing I did not modified my device. Just your saying does not mean that its modified. screen was unresponsive for many many days but it used to work after some time.
Did you purchase your iPhone new from an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Reseller? Who was it?
