iCloud backup

I need to install a large program on my computer and in order for it to fit, I realized I need to delete iTunes from it. Does deleting iTunes from my computer also delete the backups I did?

iPhone 6s, iOS 14

I am assuming that you are using a Windows PC with iTunes. Windows saves the backup files in C:\\Users\\UserName\\Apple\\MobileSync. Ensure that the folder MobileSync exists and the backups are there. Once you do that then you may uninstall iTunes and that will NOT delete your backup files.

Here is some good information related to âž” Locating your iPhone backup files.

The title of your post mentions iCloud Backup. iCloud backup files are separate from backup files created on a PC with iTunes. Just wanted you to know that.
