my daughter was playing roblox and a Trojan virus pop up saying to call Mac Apple support because someone is using our IP address for other website that maybe able to take our important information. What can we do we just shutdown the computer because we don’t know if that was from the real Apple support team.
Ignore the bogus message, as they are 100% scams.
Never download anything based on such messages.
Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.
