Leave Apple Watch on charger

Dear all,
I have a strong doubt:
I often leave my apple watch serie 5 on the magnetized charger one that has finished charging.
(Once 100% charged, I remove then the plug from the wall).

Is there a risk of damage if iI let my watch on Magnetized support?

magnetic charger I got my 1st ever Apple Watch yesterday. It has been on the charger for 17 hours and it's still not charged. Everything I read said to remove plastic wrap from charger. I do not find any plastic wrap on the charger. How can I tell if there is any on it? How can I get it off? What else should I try to get the watch to charge? *This is the 2nd one. Apple Watch magnetic charger Has anyone had issues removing plastic off of the charger when they first get their watch? I am on my second watch that will not charge.

no, no modern electronics approved in "civilized" countries take damage from being left on the charger.
