I tried to redownload game pigeon after I transferred my data from my iPhone 7 to my iPhone 12. I click the cloud icon and it spins for a few seconds then the cloud icon reappears. I tried the steps listed here https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251911411 and it still does the same thing. How can I fix it?

To start, is this the only app this happens on? Also, have you tried downloading the app on another Wi-Fi network or cellular data?

This is the only app it happens on. It happens on both wifi and cellular network. I have already tried the steps that you linked.
