Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
It sounds like you have iCloud Photos enabled, and you'd like to export one or more photos to upload to a website. We are happy to help!
If you are doing this on an iPhone, follow these steps:
- Open the Photos app
- Select the picture you want
- Tap the Share button (blue rectangle with arrow pointing up)
- Choose Save To Files (choose iPhone or iCloud Drive as the destination).
- When prompted to upload the picture, you would navigate to it using the Files app.

If you are using your Mac to upload files to a website, follow the steps in the resource below to export the picture from the iCloud Photos library first. Then navigate to it using the Finder app.
