iCloud Drive taking up too much space on my phone

Your iPhone capacity is too small for your requirements, given the size of the apps you are using, and given the user and app data being hosting via iCloud. Where feasible, iCloud will reduce what is stored locally as capacity is required, but 64 GB just isn’t as big as it used to be, and definitely isn’t as big as you need.

What to Try:

A. Sync Though iCloud:

Access this data on another device, partially a computer, as it would be more user-friendly doing so. Enable all items in iCloud on your iPhone and your computer. If they were enabled on your old iPhone, then they should popup on another device. Once accessed, download it all.

What to Do:

Enable Photos in iCloud settings your iPhone and on your computer.

2. Scroll to: Turn on iCloud Photos
3. Proceed from there as necessary.

B. Rid of "Other":
