My son kept getting pop ups on his iPhone 11 from his calendar (guessing it’s been a virus) and it has now completely locked and won’t let him use the phone at all. It’s stuck on Lock Screen and won’t allow him to type in his passcode or anything. Has anyone had this issue and could advise what to do?
