buying a single song

When I click on the arrow next to the song price, there is no option to Buy the song. The only thing I can do is Gift the song to myself. What's wrong?

Nevermind. Such an easy fix...click on the price, not the arrow.

No option to purchase a song on iTunes (on a PC or iPhone) I recently tried to purchase a song using both iTunes on my laptop and the Music app on my iPhone (phone and app are both up to date).
