Is there a way to get a report or monitor the mirroring of my phone and use of my WiFi

As your phone can’t be mirrored you can get a report of mirroring. What do you mean by “use of your Wi-Fi”? Your phone has a personal hotspot that can only be used by someone you share an Apple ID with (which is one reason to never share an Apple ID) or someone in your family group. If you mean your home Wi-Fi when you log in to your router’s control center you can see devices that are using the router.
