Account recovery

Hi community,


I just get my first macbook and I have tried to use my apple id which i have used with my ipod touch in 2012... I can login as i know password, but i cannot use anything else as it asks me for security questions which i don't remember as it was almost 10 years ago... There is recovery email added , but not confirmed (i have found that email from 2012 in my second mailbox but i haven't confirm it).


I tried to recover security questions but it says "Cannot reset security questions

We do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions."



I would like to use my old apple id. Can I verify myself by photo id, driving licence, passport ... i don't know what to do.
