unable to export the movie i created in imovie. Please help

What version of iMovie are you using? Several users have reported that iMovie quits when they try to export after updating to iMovie 10.2.4. The solution for some has been to go to System Preferences/Language and Region and change the region to United States and the language to English. There may be other combinations that work, but I have no data on that yet.
