"Some of your files had been in a location that is now incompatible with macOS security settings"

I've encountered the Relocated Items folder before after restoring to a backup, but never one involving these files (screenshot below) can anybody explain why these files and folders were in this incompatible location and why many of them appear to have been last opened within the last 24 hours, according to the 'information' section on Finder? I updated to the latest iteration of Big Sur a month or so ago so it seems strange. I basically want to verify that it's not something that requires further investigation. Thanks.
