12 pro wide angle lens stopped working

I bought my 12 pro 256gb from apple online store US in December 2020. Suddenly I noticed that the wide angle (0.5) setting has disappeared and I am unable to excess wide angle lens. I check using Adobe lightroom but still its not working. I have upgraded IOS 14.6 and I got the message "Unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple camera" though it has disappeared now.

The phone has not repaired or damaged since I bought.
