FileVault vs VoiceOver

I have to turn FileVault off, because I find it very strange with it on, is it recommended? and how would you fix it for future versions of macOS? I use iCloud and TimeMachine. Using Big Sur 11.4

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.4

FileVault is an additional layer of Protection against anyone but you from having access to bot the computer and all its' contents. It is especially good for mobile users how may have their laptop in many different situations on a business trip, etc. Should the computer be lost, misplaced or worse stolen - the FileVault will inspire nobody can access the contents of computer.

As for turning it off - that really is a personal choice to have it On or Off.
