Beats Raptors Collectors Edition Repair

Has anyone tried to get their Special Edition Raptors Beats Headphones repaired? Apple pre-charged me almost full price to send them in for repairs, then sent me back used Studio 3 that were just black. When I called them they said there was no way to track and get back the Special Edition ones, and this was their policy. The email I have from them says: Coverage: The estimated cost of replacing your product is $316.14. However, the fee for your repair might be less, depending upon the inspection and diagnosis during the service process. And the fine print says 1.1 Services. For service orders, Apple will service your Apple product as described to you for the estimated charges stated, unless such charges are revised with your prior oral or written consent. They did not get my oral or written consent to mail me back used non-Collector Headphones and what did they do about this when I called them, did they attempt at all to make anything better? No they said there was nothing they can do. Any suggestions, help, who can I contact?
