Which terms are applies @apple care?

Bought Beats Studio3 Wireless and have apple care, terms at amazon say you get a replacement with apple, product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

I send in blue headphones and got back black with a visible scratch on the handband. Apple says black is fine as in their terms exchange is mentioned to another color as well, but if I understand right amazon terms do not tell.

I really do not like the color and I am not happy to get a product with such a visible scratch.
