Offline

H! My Apple Music has been saying that I am offline for months now. It will not allow me to download new music. I have tried everything at this point. My cellular data is on, and even in wifi it says that I am offline. At this point I might have to switch my music apps if this continues. I don’t know what to do! Someone help!

If we understand, you haven’t been able to connect to the iTunes Store for a while now. Even though you have a good internet connection. 


Let’s start here and try all the steps, If you can’t connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
