my daughter, who I share my apple music subscription can't share a playlist. How do I get it so she can

I am trying to make it so my daughter can share playlists with other people from the music app on her Iphone 11.

I am able to share through my phone (I am the organizer) but when using her phone it does not have the "share playlist" on the drop down

I have been searching through the settings to find if it is something there on her Iphone but i can't find anything

I also checked my husbands phone and he can't share playlists either. Maybe there is a setting in family share some where that i'm missing?

I figured out what it was, both of them hadn't set up their music store accounts.
