My apple id got disabled and my balance is unavailable anymore
I contacted customer service and they told me my id was not able to enabled again.
I checked my email, I found I got "billing problem" email from Apple 2 weeks ago. But I missed that email.
I am not sure if my account was disabled if related to that, but I am not able to update my billing info since my account was locked.
Anyone know how to deal with this?
The customer service is not helping.
