Help me unlock my account Apple ID

On 3/2/2022 i sent message to your company i said :

I have issues i have Balance on my iTunes account but i can’t use my balance 

Your company Said we can help you Wait for 24 hours we revise it

Try After 24 hours 

I said i’m proud of you 

letter i Don’t know Why My Apple ID locked.. 

Please Dear help me unlock my account Apple ID

Wondering what caused your iPad to be locked ?

Eg: you entered the incorrect passcode too many times

or

You saw a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes 


Apple support has an article (link below) that may or not be helpful.


Eg: If your account has been disabled for security reasons, (eg: forgotten password) you can reset your password

Have you tried accessing your Apple ID account lately ... and is it still locked ?
