When filling out a Wifi username and/or password on my Apple Watch it keeps correcting 'dont' to 'don't'. Is there a way to avoid it? And why doesn't my iPhone transfer this information to my Apple Watch?

If you add a word to your dictionary, it will no longer auto correct it. Check out this resource for more info.

Also, we see you came from a great resource for connecting your Apple Watch to Wi-Fi. When you try to connect to Wi-Fi, is your iPhone nearby? If so, you shouldn't need to connect to Wi-Fi manually.
