Iphone touch not working

Hi,

my iPhone touch is not working after i wash my iPhone with fresh water for 5 sec. iPhone 11 pro is water-prof on 4m for 30min and is not normal that he stop working after 5 sec under fresh water. I was yesterday in t-com Croatia because I bought iPhone there and they said that my guaranty is expired and that I need to pay for service for new screen. I don´t want to pay 600 euro for repair because it is not my fault that touch is not working. I think that my iPhone have serial error since first day because I know other people who dive in sea with their iPhone and their iPhone still works. Please repair my iPhone on your cost or give me another one. I am iPhone user for more than 10 years and I think that I deserve understanding on this situation.

Thank you!

Regards, Stefan Došen.

Hello,

Your phone should not be washed with water. See this:
