Am I able to import a PDF to the notes app on my iPad Air (4th generation) and use my apple pencil to edit? I would like to be able to go back and edit it as needed and have the document in a client folder in my notes app. Does this require a third-party app?

Looks like you were trying to import and edit pdf files on your iPad Air. We are happy to help! You can most definitely edit those PDF files on your iPad Air using your Apple Pencil. To import the PDF to notes you will want to attach it to a note with these steps: Add attachments to notes on iPad. You can also use Books to edit those PDF files as well: Save and mark up PDFs on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with the Books app.
