My phone is stuck on preparing update

Im setting up new iPhone and it’s been stuck on this for hours I’ve tried resetting it everything my WiFi is stable.

iPhone XR, iOS 14

stuck on update I just got a new iPhone and it has been stuck on preparing update for over an hour. There is absolutely nothing I can do other that stop and restart it which I’ve done a couple times now and nothing works. Is there anyway to fix this

It appears your battery is not well charged. Be sure it has plenty of charge.
