When I’m not on wifi my Siri gives me a message stating that Siri is not connected to the internet. All my apps work when not connect to wifi it’s on Siri that has the issue. However when I get back onto my wifi Siri works perfectly fine. I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro Max. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Please let me know. Thanks

We understand that Siri doesn’t work when not connect to Wi-Fi and we’re happy to help! Make sure that Cellular Data is turned on. Go to iPhone Settings > Cellular. If Cellular Data is turned on, turn Cellular Data off and then turn it back on, see View or change cellular data settings on iPhone. If your Siri still doesn’t work, then follow the steps found in the Apple Support article If "Hey Siri" isn't working on your iPhone or iPad.
