Welcome, Shabbir07!

From your post, it sounds like you are trying to create a backup of your WhatsApp content, and you’re currently unable to do so. We’re glad that you reached out to the Apple Support Communities. We want to try and help get you pointed in the right direction.

To start, what type of device are you using? Which version of the iOS software is on your device? You can find this in Settings > General > About. Next go to Settings > [your name]. Does it show you're signed in with your Apple ID here? From this page, if you tap on iCloud, does it show that the iCloud backup is enabled for WhatsApp?

Also, check out this link to learn How to back up to iCloud in WhatsApp. If all your settings look correct, you may want to try to uninstall and reinstall the WhatsApp app to see if this helps correct the problem.

The other option would be to Contact WhatsApp directly for support to see if they can offer any feedback or steps.

Cheers!
