iPhone 7 plus says “No Service”

Hi! I have an Iphone 7 plus and one day my phone started saying “No Service” even if I didn’t do anything to it. This has been going on for months and even if I load for it, it doesn’t go through. I can’t send SMS messages nor receive SMS messages anymore. I tried to remove the SIM card but it didn’t work. Does anyone know what I should do?

(btw i live in the philippines so i have to load to send SMS messages)
