If the Apple Service Centre has already assessed you iPad as faulty, if they are unable to offer a fix, there really is nothing that anyone within the Apple Support Communities can do to offer an alternative resolution.

If your iPad is outside of warranty - and cannot be repaired - then you have little alternative other than to consider replacement with a new (or newer) iPad.
