My Apple Watch won’t go past the basic screen I’ve tried everything. I reset it I turned it off I unpaired it I deleted the app there’s nothing that works. Help I’m so frustrated.
This was helpful to reset it thanks! I finally figured out the issue though incase everyone has the same problem. I am travelling and my phone was on airplane mode so my watch would not update fully and it was causing it to get stuck.
Thank you! I tried this but my Apple Watch says it is offline so it cannot complete the erase request until it is back online. It cannot go online though because it is stuck at the basic screen no matter what I do. Part of the problem is too that I managed to impair it on my phones side but not the watches side I guess.
On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Go to Find Iphone.
Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase Apple Watch.
Select Next until the device is erased.
Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
Then start pairing again.
