I see green lines on some windows
I see green lines on some applications, I'm not sure if this is related to apps or mac itself. It does not happen all the time, but I see it happen sometimes.

This might be a Hardware issue. Try running the computer in Safe Mode. It will do a Repair Disk, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extension and fonts. Thusly, eliminating any third party software, extensions and fonts from loading. The loading process will be slower than norma - that is expected. Once looking in - run in safe mode for 10 - 15 minutes and attempt to replicate this behaviour by fading the same Application that exhibited the above screen shot.
If it does appear also in Safe Mode - it may be better evidence that the issue is hardware. Then make a appointment with an Apple Authorized Service nearest your location to be evaluated. Just fill in the County and City
