Downgrade from macOS big sur

How to downgrade from macOS big sur if you dont have a backup i mean any kind of backup even not in time machine?


MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.4

You can download macOS Catalina from the Mac app store. Just search Catalina and click download on your Mac App Store. After you download it, you need to follow some procedure to make your usb drive a bootable drive. After you have a bootable drive, you can delete the old mac harddisk, and use your usb drive to install a clean new macOS on your hard drive. However, it is hard to explain all the steps in here, so I suggest two videos for you.

Hi The issue is with macOS Big sur is i can't use the previous version of microsoft application, as soon as i upgraded macOS big sur forces me to upgrade to microsoft 365 which is trial version is free for a month and after the you have to pay for subscription.

its MacBook pro 13 inch with retina display and early 2015.
